A former Senior Partner at Korn Ferry, he led businesses across Asia Pacific and most recently served as Country Managing Director and Consulting Head for Australia & New Zealand. Tim has a proven ability to grow revenue, build high-performing teams, and successfully navigate shifting market conditions—from recession and crisis to high-growth environments.

He has advised Boards and Leadership Teams across industries on organisation strategy, leadership development, succession, and executive search. Known for enabling strong individual and organisational performance, Tim coaches leaders to deliver results in complex, fast-changing contexts.

He holds an Executive MBA from AGSM (UNSW), is a Member of the AICD, and has completed executive programs at Harvard and INSEAD.
